Designed mainly for 7.62x51mm caliber firearms, it features the same groundbreaking PIP (Purposely Induced Porosity) technology found in the VENT 2 and VENT 3. This patented design enhances performance to a level the competition can't match.
The VENT 1's excellence comes from its structure. Precise 3D printing, using titanium, builds a robust monolithic suppressor. This enhances structural strength, aids in heat dissipation, and allows a titanium suppressor to stand up to full-auto use. PIP not only provides unmatched sound suppression but also dramatically reduces back pressure. This means a cleaner weapon, softer recoil, and less gas directed back at the shooter. To protect the VENT 1 from harsh conditions, it is PVD coated with a sleek black finish to add a touch of professionalism.
It's also only 12.3 ounces, making it one of the lightest silencers in class. The rear portion features the 1 3/8x25 (also known as HUB, Bravo, or Omega) mounting system. This allows for the included 5/8x24 direct thread mount to be quickly removed and replaced with nearly any industry-standard mounting solution.
