What is the cost of shipping?
All accessories ship for a flat rate of $4.95, regardless of the amount purchased. Suppressors ship for a flat rate of $29.95 and ship via UPS.
When will my order ship?
Accessory orders placed before 1 PM CT usually ship the same day. Accessory orders placed after 1 PM CT ship the following business day. NFA items require approval before shipment and will be shipped per federal regulations.
Where does Capitol Armory ship to?
Capitol Armory ships to consumers and dealers within the United States. Many products on CapitolArmory.com are regulated by federal, state, and local governments, and not all products are available or legal in all locales. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring each item is legal in their state and local vicinity. Capitol Armory will not ship or transfer to states where items are known to be prohibited.
What shipping carrier does Capitol Armory use?
UPS is our carrier of choice for firearm-related packages. We utilize USPS for select products. If you select USPS, expect potential delays up to 3 weeks with limited tracking. Choose UPS if you want accurate tracking or quicker transit. USPS is affordable and delivers 99.9% of packages, but timing may vary.
How do I track my package?
When your product ships, we will email a tracking number. You can also log in to your account to view it. USPS may provide limited tracking.
What if my package is lost during shipping?
We will ensure you receive your purchase. If the carrier’s estimated window is exceeded, we will send a replacement. USPS often mis-tracks. If accurate tracking matters, select UPS.
Can you ship a suppressor to my residence?
Yes, in the 42 states where suppressors are legal we ship directly to your residence via UPS Ground with adult signature. Typical delivery is 10 to 14 days, subject to carrier delays, severe weather, and holidays.
Can I upgrade or expedite my shipment?
Yes. We offer UPS Two-Day Air and Overnight. Orders placed before 1:00 PM CT on business days ship the same day. Once UPS has the package, weather and carrier issues can affect delivery. UPS does not refund late deliveries.

NFA Items
To maintain competitive pricing and exceptional customer service while complying with federal regulations, the following policy applies to all NFA purchases:
General Policy
Once a serial number has been assigned or ATF paperwork initiated, all sales are final. An ATF transfer begins when Capitol Armory initiates paperwork with either the buyer or the ATF. Due to the nature of NFA items and federal regulations, we generally do not issue refunds or store credits after this point.
Cancellation Schedule
Within 10 Days of Purchase
If serial number assigned but ATF transfer not started: Full refund minus any non-refundable items
If ATF transfer started: No refunds. At our discretion, store credit may be issued for paid amount minus all taxes and a 35% service fee
11–30 Days After Purchase
If serial number assigned but ATF transfer not started: 10% cancellation fee applies
If ATF transfer started: No refunds. At our discretion, store credit may be issued for paid amount minus all taxes and a 35% service fee
After 30 Days
If ATF transfer not started: Store credit only, minus a 35% cancellation fee
If ATF transfer started: No refunds or store credits
Non-Refundable Items
Always non-refundable: NFA trusts, digital downloads, pre-orders, items pending legislative changes HR1 or Big Beautiful Bill or $0 tax stamp orders, promotional items, shipped items, and all ATF tax stamps.
ATF Denials and Address Changes
ATF Denial: We will refile once at no charge and assist through the process. If a second denial occurs, store credit may be issued at our discretion minus taxes and a 35% service fee.
State Relocation: $95 refiling fee if you move states after the ATF transfer begins. Waived for military with valid PCS orders. Notify us within 30 days of any address change.
Important Disclaimers
Capitol Armory has no control over ATF processing times which can range from days to 12+ months, eForms system availability, ATF procedural changes, or FBI background check delays. Customer delays or missing information are not grounds for cancellation, refund, or store credit. We request the customer provide required information promptly to keep things moving.
By purchasing NFA items from Capitol Armory, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full. This policy supersedes any verbal agreements or prior written policies.
Firearms
We do not accept returns for firearms. Orders placed and not shipped are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Accessories
Returns accepted within seven days of delivery if unused and in original packaging and condition. 15% restocking fee applies. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Use tracking and insurance.

Manufacturing defects are covered by the manufacturer. Work directly with them for inspection, repair, or replacement. We are happy to help facilitate communication.
Ammunition
We do not accept returns for ammunition.
Services and Trusts
Custom work, services, gunsmithing, service fees, and digital downloads such as NFA Gun Trusts are non-refundable.
