SilencerCo SPEQ Program
The following careers are eligible for the SPEQ program:
- Law Enforcement (Active or retired with credentials)
- Military (Active, reserve, retired, and vets with a DD 214 showing an honorable discharge)
- Federal Flight Deck Officer (with credentials)
- Fire Rescue / EMT (with credentials/license)
- Private Security (Armed private security only
Capitol Armory is the largest authorized dealer for the SilencerCo SPEQ Blue Label program. SPEQ products are available only through a small group of approved dealers.
The SPEQ program offers flat-rate discounts, set by SilencerCo, on every SilencerCo suppressor for qualified military, law-enforcement, and other public-service professionals. SPEQ suppressors are identical to standard production models. Orders cannot be processed until we receive proof of the buyer’s credentials.
Because pricing is confidential, we provide it by email, phone, or through a secure online link once credentials are verified.

- Email your credentials to [email protected]. Federal personnel may email from a .gov or .mil address or attach documentation on agency letterhead with personal details redacted.
- After review, typically within 48 business hours, we will send you confidential pricing and a secure purchase link.
