The Thunder Beast Ultra 5CB Gen2 is one of the most compact rifle suppressors on the market. Designed in both .30 caliber and 6.5 versions, it provides good suppression but is ideal when minimum size is the highest priority.
Weighing in at 6 ounces and just 5 inches in length, the TBAC Ultra 5 is the lightest and smallest silencers available. It will reduce the report of a typical .308 bolt-action rifle to roughly 142-144 dB. The Ultra 5 also works well with subsonic .300 Blackout, with a sound reduction down to 130 dB.
The TBAC Ultra 5CB comes in both compact brake (CB) and direct thread (DT) versions. The Ultra 5CB includes your choice of muzzle device, while the DT models feature 5/8x24 thread pitch.

Although the Ultra 5 Gen2 is not a quiet can, it provides decent decibel reduction for it's size. May shooters compete and train in situations where hearing protection is still required. In a competitive match or range, it's often others are not all shooting suppressed. The Ultra 5 reduces felt recoil, and eliminates concussion. This allows for faster and more accurate follow-up shots, and reduces the anticipation of pulling the trigger. When suppression is desired, but a compact size is the most important aspect, the TBAC Ultra 5 is a great choice.
