MILITARY PROVEN SUPPRESSION

The SureFire SOCOM762-RC2 Fast-Attach suppressor is a compact and lightweight package that provides decibel reduction for even high-intensity magnum calibers.   Constructed from Inconel and Stainless Steel, the SOCOM762-RC2 reduces back pressure and the weapon's cyclic rate and gas blowback to the shooter.   Additionally, the SureFire SOCOM762-RC2 eliminates first-round flash found in some suppressors.

The original SOCOM762-RC won the Mk13 contract award with US Special Operations Command.  The rigorous USSOCOM testing addressed all aspects of suppressor performance, and SureFire came out on top.  The SOCOM762-RC also received the USSOCOM official safety verification in support of fielding.

The SureFire SOCOM-762-RC2 is an award-winning suppressor designed for use by the United States military.  It focuses on eliminating flash and dust signatures and achieving low backpressure.  The drastic reduction in backpressure does make the RC2 a bit louder at the muzzle than some competing products. Still, it also reduces port noise, overly violent action, increases in the cyclic rate for automatic firearms, and blowback.  For many, including military use, these far outweigh having a slightly quieter suppressor when metered at the muzzle.  While all this looks great on paper, the proof is its MK13 contract and real-world combat use.  If you're looking for an ultra-low backpressure suppressor that has been used heavily overseas in combat, the RC2 is a superb choice.
