Griffin Explorr 300

LIGHT WEIGHT, TUBELESS, STRONG

The Explorr 300 from Griffin Armament was designed to be as strong as possible while maintaining a minimal weight increase over the host firearm.  This was accomplished by maximizing volume through a tubeless design without the added weight of a traditional outer tube.  The Explorr series has no minimum barrel length ratings and is capable of handling full-auto fire.  At roughly 10 ounces, the Explorr 300 is one of the lightest suppressors in its class.

Rated for everything between 5.56 and 300 Win Mag, the Explorr is right at home on a tactical rifle, hunting rifle, or for quiet recreational plinking at the range.  

Available in two versions, the Explorr ET3 uses a traditional fixed taper mount.  It's everything users know and love from Griffin's rifle suppressor lineup.  The Explorr EU3 takes advantage of its new "Utility Mount" system, allowing for the taper mount system to be used out of the box, but it can be swapped to use any "Bravo" 1.375x24 style mounting system.  

CAPITOL ARMORY'S OPINION

The Explorr series fills a hole in Griffin's lineup.  It's built from a tubeless design, allowing maximum internal volume to improve decibel reduction without adding extra size.  This also helps keep the weight down, as the Explorr 300 is lighter than many full titanium cans on the market.  Weight reduction really shines when a rifle has to be carried for longer distances.  Many recreational shooters may never notice this, however, people who frequently hunt or hike with a rifle will notice it right away.  If you're in search of a lightweight 7.62 can that uses Griffin's taper mount system, look no further than the Explorr 300.
