Dead Air Ghost 45M

The Ghost 45M from Dead Air is a multi-caliber silencer designed for use with pistols and subguns.  It can quickly suppress all standard pistol calibers and sub-sonic 300 Blackout.  For those who enjoy putting rounds down range quickly, the Ghost 45M can also withstand full-auto abuse.   The modular design allows for the best of both worlds- having the shortest .45 can in class and a full-size configuration when absolute decibel reduction matters.  Combining 17-4 stainless steel, titanium, and anodized 7074 aluminum allows for an ideal strength-to-weight ratio.  The areas of the silencer that need to be tougher to withstand abuse are the front section, which is designed with minimal weight in mind to ensure balance remains natural.

The Dead Air Ghost45M mounting solutions are compatible with the Wolfman.   The Wolfman is designed for PCC and sub-gun use, where additional volume is crucial, while the Ghost is ideal for a pistol but also works well for PCCs.  Due to the accessory compatibility, they make an excellent pair for pistol-caliber shooters.

The Dead Air Ghost 45M is everything most users want in a pistol silencer.  It can be used for almost all standard pistol calibers, including PCCs and sub-guns.  It provides a short configuration that shines on PCC use and a full-size configuration that can be used to show off using subsonic 9 or 45.  Additionally, the user can outfit the front cap with a wipe if they want to drop the sound signature down for a few shots.  In conjunction with the wipe, the Ghost does well when shot wet.  It holds moisture for longer than many others, and while messy, it provides a significant performance bump.  The mounting system is an intelligent design where the shooter can remove the booster assembly when installing a 3-lug mount, Key Micro system, or direct thread mount to reduce length and weight.
